Where an incorrect price has been displayed, G3 Collection reserves the right to:

The customer shall not acquire any right to purchase a Product solely because an incorrect price was displayed on the Website.

5. Product Availability

Adding a Product to the shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

6. Order Acceptance

Where an Order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled Product(s) will be refunded using the original payment method.

7. Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will normally be processed only after successful payment authorization.

Payment authorization by a bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway does not guarantee acceptance of an Order.

G3 Collection does not store:

• complete credit card numbers;
• debit card numbers;
• CVV numbers;
• UPI PINs;
• net banking passwords; or
• similar payment credentials.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers using applicable security standards.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds or credit are available.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery dates displayed on the Website are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances including:

• courier delays;
• manufacturer dispatch schedules;

• customs procedures (where applicable);
• payment verification delays; or
• force majeure events.

While G3 Collection makes reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of a Product transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the Product to the delivery address specified in the Order.

9. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

• damaged;
• opened;
• tampered with; or
• otherwise suspicious,

customers should:

• refuse delivery where appropriate;
• immediately notify G3 Collection;
• retain photographs of the package; and
• preserve all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

Failure to report visible transit damage within a reasonable time may affect eligibility for claims, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation of Orders shall be governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Orders that have already been:

• packed;
• handed to the courier;
• dispatched; or

may not be eligible for cancellation.

11. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

21. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the registered office of Balson and Gaige Private Limited, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22. Customer Reviews and User Content

Where customers submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, questions, or other content through the Website, they grant G3 Collection a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with the Website and its business.

Customers represent that:

• they own or have permission to submit such content;
• the content does not infringe third-party rights;
• the content is truthful; and
• the content does not violate any law.

To protect customers and reduce fraudulent transactions, G3 Collection may verify Orders before dispatch.

Verification may include confirmation of:

• delivery address;

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time may result in cancellation of the Order.

26. Right to Refuse or Limit Orders

27. GST Invoices

GST invoices are issued in accordance with our GST Invoice Policy and applicable tax laws.

Once an invoice has been generated, modifications may only be made where permitted under applicable law.

Failure to provide accurate GST details may affect eligibility to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).

28. Product Activation

Certain Products, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and similar electronic devices, may require activation with the respective Manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty periods may commence from the activation date or another date determined by the Manufacturer in accordance with its own policies.

Customers should refer to the applicable manufacturer's warranty documentation.

29. Manufacturer Packaging

Manufacturers may revise:

• packaging;
• bundled accessories;
• documentation;
• software;
• firmware;
• specifications; or
• retail presentation

without prior notice.

Products supplied shall be considered compliant if they correspond to the Manufacturer's current retail packaging at the time of dispatch.

30. Open Box Deliveries

Where an Open Box Delivery service is offered by the courier partner, customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the Product before accepting delivery.

Unless expressly offered as an Open Box Delivery service, customers should not open sealed manufacturer packaging before accepting delivery.

Acceptance of delivery does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable law.

31. Software and Digital Services

Products may include:

• operating systems;
• bundled software;
• firmware;
• subscriptions;
• activation codes;
• cloud services; or
• other digital services provided by third parties.

Such software and services are governed by the respective publisher's licence agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies.

G3 Collection is not responsible for:

• software defects;
• licensing disputes;
• activation failures caused by third parties;
• suspension of customer accounts by software providers; or
• availability of third-party digital services.

32. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Products purchased are compatible with their existing:

• hardware;
• software;
• operating system;
• accessories;
• network infrastructure; and
• intended use.

Compatibility advice provided by G3 Collection is based upon information reasonably available at the time and shall not constitute a guarantee of compatibility.

33. Data Backup

Customers are strongly advised to create complete backups of all personal and business data before returning any Product for:

• repair;
• warranty service;
• replacement;
• inspection; or
• diagnostics.

G3 Collection shall not be responsible for:

• loss of data;
• corruption of data;
• unauthorized disclosure of data; or
• software reinstallation,

arising from servicing, inspection, repair, replacement, or manufacturer warranty processes.

34. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Warranty claims shall be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective Manufacturer or its authorized service providers.

Where reasonably possible, G3 Collection may assist customers in coordinating warranty support.

However:

• approval of warranty claims;
• repair decisions;
• replacement decisions;
• availability of spare parts; and
• service timelines

remain solely at the discretion of the Manufacturer or its authorized service centres.

35. Product Returns After Activation

Unless required under applicable law or expressly permitted under our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, Products that have been:

• activated;
• registered;
• paired with customer accounts;
• linked to cloud services;
• configured; or
• used beyond reasonable inspection,

may not be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

36. Promotional Offers

Coupons, cashback offers, exchange bonuses, bundled promotions, EMI offers, bank offers, loyalty benefits, and promotional campaigns are subject to separate promotional terms announced at the time of the offer.

Offers cannot ordinarily be combined unless expressly stated.

Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

G3 Collection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary due to:

• technical errors;
• fraud;
• misuse;
• supplier changes; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

37. Pricing Errors

Despite reasonable efforts, incorrect prices, financing offers, cashback values, promotional discounts, or exchange values may occasionally appear due to:

• supplier errors; or
• system malfunctions.

Where such errors occur before dispatch, G3 Collection reserves the right to:

• refuse acceptance of the Order; and
• refund any amount received.

38. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only.

G3 Collection shall not be liable for delays arising from:

• customs clearance;
• government actions;
• public holidays;
• strikes;
• transportation disruptions;
• payment verification; or

39. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are encouraged not to refuse delivery without a valid reason recognized under applicable law or our published policies.

Where delivery is refused without valid justification, G3 Collection reserves the right to deduct:

• actual outbound shipping charges;
• return shipping charges;
• payment gateway charges (where non-refundable);
• handling charges; and
• other reasonable costs incurred,

before processing any eligible refund.

40. Business (B2B) Purchases

Corporate, institutional, reseller, and business purchases may be subject to separate commercial terms, including:

• pricing;
• payment terms;
• warranty conditions;
• delivery arrangements;
• return eligibility; and
• after-sales support.

Business customers are encouraged to contact G3 Collection before placing large or bulk Orders.

where Products are transported outside India.

43. Assignment

G3 Collection may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with:

• sale of assets; or
• corporate reorganization.

Customers may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

44. Waiver

Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing.

45. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

46. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our:

• Shipping Policy;
• Cancellation Policy;
• Return, Refund & Replacement Policy;
• GST Invoice Policy; and
• any other policies published on the Website,

constitute the entire agreement between G3 Collection and the customer regarding use of the Website and the purchase of Products.

They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and communications relating to the same subject matter.
